A while ago, Soprema – an international market leader in insulation and waterproofing – came to us. Their Belgian headquarters were in urgent need of a local partner who could help them implement MC Account engagement (Pardot). Enter HAVIK!

After a successful implementation, we can proudly say that this cooperation has since grown into a long-term partnership. HAVIK is officially Soprema’s local go-to MC Account Engagement (Pardot) partner.

While implementation is an important first step in getting the most out of your marketing automation tool, it is equally important to maintain it properly. For that reason, HAVIK is now helping Soprema to improve their marketing automation strategy

For example, specific training is provided when needed and a standby support team double-checks campaigns and automations, among other things. In addition, as an MC Account Engagement (Pardot) partner, we try to be as proactive as possible. We regularly share new functionalities and best practices with Soprema to help them optimize their processes.

In addition to Belgium, now the UK and Ireland are also in the running withMC  Account Engagement (Pardot). Together with Soprema’s MC Account Engagement (Pardot) experts, we are guiding each country to a successful implementation. We do this by understanding the needs and processes of Soprema, the functionalities of the MC Account Engagement (Pardot) Business Unit, and the differences between the countries.

We are the long-term right hand of the internal MC Account Engagement (Pardot) team: for strategic, functional, and technical matters. Strategic exercise

In addition, HAVIK supported Soprema with their strategic exercise by organizing persona, customer journey workshops, scoring and grading model, and B2BMA dashboards. In these workshops, we helped them define their different persona’s and visualized what their customer journeys could look like. Keeping Soprema’s priorities & assets in mind, several always-on flows were suggested that would be implemented by Soprema when the time was right. At all times, HAVIK was ready to provide the necessary guidance & support.
