A few years ago, Soprema – an international market leader in insulation and waterproofing – came to us. Their Belgian headquarters were in urgent need of a local partner who could help them on a business and strategic level to implement MC Account Engagement (Pardot) besides their technical implementation partner. Enter HAVIK! 

After a successful implementation, we can proudly say that this cooperation has now grown into a long-term partnership. HAVIK is officially Soprema’s go-to MC Account Engagement (Pardot) partner across North Europe. 

A functional and technical support partner 

While implementation is an important first step in getting the most out of your marketing automation tool, it is equally important to maintain it properly. For that reason, HAVIK is constantly helping Soprema in optimizing and improving their instance. This through providing trainings when needed and bi-weekly support calls, among other things.  

In addition, as a MC Account Engagement (Pardot) partner, we try to be as proactive as possible. We regularly share new functionalities and best practices with Soprema to help them optimize their processes.

We have had workshops and in-depth training sessions, fully tailored to Soprema’s needs & priorities, to discuss topics like: 

  • Customer journeys & persona’s
    HAVIK helped define their different persona’s and visualized what their customer journeys could look like. Keeping Soprema’s priorities and assets in mind, several always-on flows were suggested & implemented.
  • Scoring, grading & routing
    During these workshops we helped Soprema in developing a scoring and grading framework tailored to their needs. We highlighted the importance of the relationship between sales and marketing for lead routing and will provide the necessary guidance and support if needed.
  • Reporting
    Together with Soprema we defined their different reporting needs and created custom dashboards to meet their expectations. Reporting is a very important thing when using Marketing Automation so we will keep on developing, to give Soprema more insights on their campaigns, touchpoints, …
