A Digital Transformation for CAIROX BELGIUM with Salesforce MCAE

CAIROX BELGIUM is a company specializing in HVAC products and solutions for professional installers seeking to streamline their communications by transitioning from their existing email tool to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE). With HAVIK’s expertise in the construction and manufacturing sectors, we tailored our approach to meet their unique business requirements effectively, focusing on industry best practices.  

The primary driver for CAIROX BELGIUM’s migration to MCAE was the need to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, their communication processes required numerous manual steps including exporting customer segments from CRM to import them into their communication tool. With MCAE and our innovative approach, such challenges were addressed comprehensively. 

CAIROX BELGIUM intended to use MCAE for two specific purposes: sending newsletters to their customers and managing communications related to training sessions and events. This focus resulted in a project scope that was small yet highly specific. We concentrated on setting up the foundational elements and creating a custom solution for their training and event communications, ensuring a strong return on investment, a fast go-live and maintaining a high price-quality ratio.  

 

Workshops 

The project began with a kickoff meeting to establish roles and responsibilities. Following this, we conducted a series of efficiently organised workshops to delve into various aspects of the implementation. The workshops were designed to address the ecosystem setup, data model and integration, user roles, campaign management, structure, customer touchpoints, preference management, and best practices for content engagement. This thorough and expedited preparation ensured that all aspects of the communication process were covered before implementation. 

 

Implementation 

Throughout the implementation phase, our team worked closely with CAIROX BELGIUM, fostering a co-creative environment. We implemented the solutions and also prepared a variety of templates to enable CAIROX BELGIUM to easily duplicate assets and create new campaigns efficiently, eliminating the need for extensive coding. We maintained open communication with the team, making adjustments as needed to ensure the system’s effective use. 

 

Go Live 

The go-live phase was marked by the activation of training subscriptions through the website, with MCAE managing all end-to-end communications, such as confirmations, reminders, and cancellations. This setup enabled CAIROX BELGIUM to plan future events or training sessions with consistent and efficient communication to their clients, whereafter we conducted a comprehensive demonstration for the CAIROX BELGIUM team to explain the implemented features and functionalities. 

 

Training 

Following the demo, we provided detailed training sessions to ensure the team could efficiently utilize MCAE to create new campaigns, segment audiences, design emails, sync forms from the website, and leverage data for workflows. We emphasized the ease of duplicating similar workflows with minimal adjustments to enhance efficiency.
