As a technical IT consultant, you will be involved in our “digital transformation” projects with a focus on marketing. You analyze the needs of the customer and help them optimize their customer experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Our new technical marketing automation specialist is someone who...

Provides technical support during the implementation of Marketing Cloud;
Challenges the functional marketing team in the solutions for the customer, taking into account the business requirements;
Thinks along with us about digital solutions that go beyond Marketing Cloud. Implementations, configurations, integrations with other tools,…;
Is responsible for the correct technical configuration in the tool on any level, while keeping best practices in mind;
If necessary, can support the customer in his further marketing activities by developing new journeys, automations and integrations.

What do we expect from you?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or an IT-related degree.
Min 1-2years of experience Marketing Cloud or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot). Experience with other CRM tools or Marketing Automation tools is a plus, as is experience in the B2B market.
Excellent knowledge of CSS, HTML and Javascript is crucial. Knowledge of Java is a bonus.
You know that analyzing data is the key to success. Experience with SQL is a plus.
You have a critical mind that sees the big picture, but also pays attention to all the details.
You enjoy working in teams, but can also work independently and proactively.
You are enthusiastic and willing to learn.
You can communicate clearly in Dutch and French/English.
