As a marketing automation strategist, it is your job to translate this to the marketing automation platform. Gaining insights into the customer base, how to attract new prospects, an overview of the different touchpoints, the current customer/buyer journeys, … and so much more. 

Technology will be able to support many things through smart functionalities that are already present, but the strategy that is built around it guarantees to get the maximum out of it.
