Functional marketing automation specialist

As a Salesforce marketing automation specialist you will be involved in one of our “digital transformation” projects with a strong focus on marketing. You will be part of a team to take your skillsets to the next level within Marketing Cloud. With several international clients from different industries, you’ll get the chance to explore and create added values in their marketing automation activities. !

A project can consist of responsibilities:

You are responsible for setting up multi-channel communication strategies. This means the entire funnel from prospect to customer, through all channels, optimizing the assets & activities through A/B testing, optimizing conversion flows, etc.
You can contribute analytically and strategically to the (further) implementation of the tool. You know the Marketing Cloud functionalities inside out and how to use them.
You have knowledge of organic recruitment techniques to expand opt-in lists.
You work closely together with the data team to get the right insights and segments, just as you can easily analyze the performance of campaigns and communicate with the team.
You can easily translate business needs and marketing processes into concrete assets and campaigns

What do we expect from you?

You have at least 3 years of experience in Marketing Automation. and at least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Cloud.
General knowledge about Salesforce ecosystem
Proficiency in Digital Marketing and how customer journeys are working across channels
Understanding of Marketing Automation and integration with IT/digital ecosystem (ERP, CRM, external tools & platforms)
Front-end skills like basic HTML & Javascript knowledge
Understand and comply with GDPR
Analytical skills: creating dashboards & reports and translating this into comprehensive advice
Best practices of email marketing and UX design
Hands-on mentality in getting things done
Affinity with backend integrations
Nice to have: SQL & AMP script Knowledge
